⭐ 1 STAR — ELEVATE FITNESS COACHING I signed up for personal training with Elevate Fitness Coaching at Fitness Connection in Grand Prairie yesterday and scheduled my training appointment for today at 7:30 PM. Elevate (Colvin) sent me a text today asking me to confirm the appointment. The text went to my spam folder, and because I was working all day, I did not see it until I got off work. I confirmed it as soon as I saw it. The trainer then told me he had already scheduled someone else during my appointment time and asked if I could come tomorrow. I was never told that an appointment I had already scheduled would be given to someone else if I did not respond to a same-day confirmation text. What happened next was even more disappointing. I asked the trainer who I needed to contact to cancel my membership. Instead of simply giving me that information, he told me I was “not committed to my fitness.” How can someone who never met me make a statement about my commitment to my health and fitness simply because I was unhappy that my scheduled appointment had been given away? I found the entire experience unprofessional and disrespectful. This happened ONE DAY after I signed up. I

I’ve had an amazing experience at this gym! It’s always clean, the equipment is well maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming and motivating. The staff genuinely cares about helping members reach their fitness goals. A special thank you to the manager, Kenya, for her outstanding leadership. She is professional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel valued. Her positive attitude and dedication truly make a difference and create an environment where people enjoy coming to work out. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place that feels supportive, encouraging, and committed to helping you succeed.

Great gym. Always clean and the staff is always sweet. 10/10. This is my favorite location to come too. Kenya was so sweet and personable when helping me find the membership that best fits me. Cassie is always so motivating in the morning. I love coming to this location. It just feels like a big happy gym family. - Lala

I love coming to this location after they repainted! There’s lots of machines and space which definitely makes it feel less crowded than most gyms. I do hope that they would upgrade some of the equipment (needs a pendulum squat) like the Arlington location. Angelica is always so friendly and helpful too!
